Give Us This Day

The sun has lulled the stars to sleep;
another day's begun
The sky reflects His majesty
Beyond the morning sun

Give us this day, dear Lord
down righteous paths today,
And shine through us They holy light
like moonlight on the bay.

Show us, too, a better way
to serve as you would do...
Give us this day, dear Lord,
to live and work for You.
