MAN CAN LIVE ABOUT 40 DAYS WITHOUT FOOD
ABOUT 3 DAYS WITHOUT WATER
ABOUT 8 DAYS MINUTES WITHOUT AIR
BUT ONLY 1 SECOND WITHOUT HOPE
But if we hope for what is still unseen by us,
we wait for it with patience and composure.
